Hudoo installs and works as a regular printer ,and can print multi applications, Since it works without using any ink or toner, it requires Direct Thermal labels.

Please double confirm that the paper size setting of the printer is correct, adjust the scale and margins in preview page or page setup when you are printing from browser.

For Windows: Please go to: printers & scanners/printer preferences/Page Setup, make sure the stock Name is 4X6, Orientation is Portrait.
